Dos reuniones virtuales a través de Zoom claves para organizar la Semana Erasmus+
Desde el día 30 de abril comenzamos a ir preparando los materiales en conjunto con todos los países del proyecto. El día 3 de junio concretamos los últimos detalles para llevar a cabo la semana virtual en Cambridge.
Juliana dirige la coordinación de esta semana.
Los países del proyecto le hicimos llegar el material: preguntas del quizizz, video de presentación del día 7 de junio, presentación del País España del día 7, presentaciones de nuestros alumnos del día 7 de junio y así como el listados de todos los participantes de cada país.

REUNIÓN DE COORDINACIÓN
Nos reunimos a las 18.00 h ( CET time) los coordinadores del proyecto. Los puntos tratados fueron: evaluación de la Semana Erasmus Online, entrega de certificados y puntos para preparar la próxima virtual mobility ( Cambridge).
DIALOGIC LITERACY GATHRING ( Adventures of Tom Sawyer.Mark Twain).
En esta entrada queremos recordar las diferentes actividades a través de Maritina, voluntaria y coordinadora de las familias que ha participado en todas las actividades durante toda la semana.
"I will be sharing mi experience as a participant in the virtual mobility of the Erasmus program developed in JABY School this March.
Various joint activities were held in the four countries, and, in our case, teachers, students and volunteers participated online and perfectly coordinated. Activities included a day of presentations of each school, a Kahoot with questions from all the countries, interactive groups with different games coordinated by teachers and volunteers; but the activity that I would highlight would be the literary gathering, which was a challenging task for all of us, but thanks to the illusion and the energy everyone had the challenge was exceeded.
It was no easy task, the simultaneous connection between four schools from different countries sharing an English reading started with nerves that were diluting as time passed.
In our school, each participant provided their own connecting device and the activity was able to be performed in a similar way to the literary gathering that took place in the on-site mobilities.
Students and volunteers were all able to read, listen and think in English, with the help of the moderator, so… test passed.
We will keep learning while we enjoy every new experience.
We are ready for the next challenge!"

OPINIONES DEL VOLUNTARIADO QUE HAN PARTICIPADO EN ESTA SEMANA ONLINE
A pesar de que hemos registrado una evaluación de todos los participantes a través de un Cuestionario, nos parece muy importante hacer registro de una evaluación cualitativa de la Semana Eramus.
Estas son las opiniones de la participación del Voluntariado en la Semana Online Erasmus.
Claudia Manrique:
" It was my first time being a volunteer for virtual mobility. Despite being the first time all of us used this method for any Erasmus project, the experience so far was enriching and amazing.It was like going back to the old days when we all could unite together to learn from echa other, now in a very different way.
At the other side of the screen there were students from Portugal, United Kingdom,Cyprus and Spain,of course. Different places from all over the world, but with the same aim. We all cooperated and the results came out brilliant satisfying everyone´s expectations.
We shared activities as in interactive groups,along with more activities that made all the students participate. It was a complete success.
This experience does not only enrich students, but also volunteers, like me, you learn new and facinanting things which are going to be useful in the future.
I am grateful for living this experience, and looking forward in volunteering in more project like this"

Is true that is not the same been in a physical way than a virtual but, even in these sircuctanes I had a great time with the teachers,students and volunteers of the project.

" Me he divertido mucho en la actividad de Erasmus. Además era la primera vez que estaba allí. Pero lo que más gracia me hizo fue cuando Leire intentó imitar una rana".
" I had a lot of fun in the Erasmus activity and it was also the first time I was there. But what made me laugh the most was when Leire tried to imitate a frog.

" Lo que más me gustó cuando participé en la actividad Erasmus+, fue conocer a niños de otros países aunque fuera por videollamada. Al principio estaba un poco nerviosa, porque no sabía que íbamos a hacer. Según pasaba el tiempo estaba más tranquila.
"The thing a liked the most when I participated in the Erasmus+ activities was meet other children from other countries even if it was by video call. At the beginning, I was nervous, because I didn´t know what we were going do. As time was passing, I was calmer."

" Yo me he divertido mucho en el Erasmus+. Me ha encantado ,cuando estaba muy nervioso por leer y al final me salió todo bien. Nunca había participado tanto en un Erasmus+ así que en mi opinión es que ha sido super chulo"
" I had a lot of fun at Erasmus+ I loved it when I was very nervous to read and int he end everything turned out we.. I had never participated so much in Erasmus+ So my opinion has been that it has been super cool".

"Esta experiencia fue única para mi. Me ha encantado poder participar en esta actividad.
Lo que más me gustó fue ese ratito en el que mis compañeros y yo pudimos estar hablando con gesto de otros países. Algunos niños dijeron cosas muy interesantes. Aunque la conexión no fuera lo mejor estuvo muy bien".
" This experience was unique for me. It was charm to be able to participate in this activity. What I liked the most that little time in which my colleagues and I were able to talk with people of other countries. some Kids said interesting things.
Even if the connexion was´t the best, it was very good".

" Me ha hecho mucha ilusión ya que por la pandemia no pude hacer mi viaje de Erasmus a Polonia y me ha gustado mucho hablar con otros personas de otros países aunque haya sido un ratito".
" I was very excited because due to he pandemic I could;t do my Erasmus trip to Poland and I liked talking with other people from other countries even it has been little time".
Diego Morilla Rubiato:
" Fue muy buena experiencia hacer una tertulia con gente de otros países. La conexión fue bastante mala, así que no se pudo hacer muy bien. Pero me gustó hablar en inglés y escuchar hablar a las otras personas, que tenían una pronunciación buenísima".
I liked the social gather, because I spoke in English and I listened to people that has a very nice pronunciation. The connection was,t good, but I had a nice experience."

" It was very funny I Liked and enjoy a lot. the cahoot was very well and the videos too, the Cahoot easy sometimes but other times was difficult but was great".
" Fue muy divertido a mi me gustó y disfruté mucho. El kahoot estuvo muy bien y los video también El kahoot fue fácil a veces, pero otras veces fue difícil, pero fue genial.

My Erasmus experiences
"This experience has seemed wonderful to me and also a very good idea for some students to be able to interact with them in english.The only aspecto that would improve would be for each round to change the composition of the groups to meet more new people".
